Terms of use
These preview terms describe how Prism may be used. Paid subscriptions are not open. Final seller details and terms must be confirmed before enrollment.
The service
Prism provides charts and modeled options context for SPY, QQQ and IWM. It is not a broker, an order-execution service or a personalized investment-advice service. You make your own trading decisions. The initial product does not include native futures gamma or every listed stock.
General information, not individualized advice
GEXfreak setups, alerts, plans, recaps and Grokbot desk notes are general market information. Every eligible member receives the same content for an instrument. None of it considers your positions, account, finances or objectives, and the desk AI never receives your positions, orders or account details. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything for your account. Simulated, backtested and out-of-sample results do not represent actual trading and are shown with the CFTC Rule 4.41 statement. You make your own trading decisions and are responsible for them.
Data and model limits
Demo data is fictional. Other data can be delayed, stale, incomplete or unavailable. Gamma exposure uses assumptions about dealer positioning; it does not identify actual dealer inventory. Current levels plotted over historical candles are not a historical gamma replay. ETF levels are not futures prices.
Your account
Use accurate registration details, protect your sign-in and do not share paid access. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, extract credentials, interfere with the service or redistribute data outside permissions granted by the applicable providers.
Subscription terms
Before a purchase, Stripe Checkout will show the price, interval, taxes and recurring-payment terms. Prism has monthly or annual billing. Annual billing is paid upfront and saves 50% compared with 12 monthly payments at the listed monthly price. Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. No paid enrollment is currently available.
Community and paper ideas
When community is enabled, comments are visible to other eligible members under your chosen alias. Keep messages relevant and do not post personal information, spam, harassment or misleading claims. You can report comments and hide authors locally. The optional leaderboard measures price excursions after timestamped paper ideas; it does not verify brokerage trades, fills, profits or trading skill.
Changes and outages
We may fix errors, change supported features or suspend access for abuse. Availability is not guaranteed. Material pricing or subscription changes will be disclosed before they apply. Do not use Prism as your sole source of price or execution information.
Contact and review
Use the support page for service questions. The seller’s legal identity, support address, applicable jurisdiction and final terms are pending owner review and must be published before paid launch. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
