Cancellation & refunds
Proposed policy for Prism with monthly or annual billing. No charges are being collected by the preview.
Cancel your subscription
When billing is enabled, open Account and choose Manage subscription to cancel future renewals through Stripe. Access continues until the end of the paid period. If you cannot access the portal, submit a cancellation request through Support.
First-payment refund
Request a refund within seven calendar days of your first subscription payment. Include the email used at checkout and the payment date; do not send card details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Renewals and errors
Renewal charges are normally not refundable unless required by law. Duplicate charges and service-delivery failures will be reviewed individually. Refund requests do not automatically cancel a subscription, so cancel future renewals separately.
Final confirmation
This policy, the seller’s details and the recurring-payment terms must be confirmed before the first paid enrollment. No deposit, automatic reservation charge or lifetime-access purchase is offered.
