Privacy notice
This notice covers the Prism preview from GEXfreak and launch list. Final seller and contact details are pending before paid launch.
Information collected
Sign-in provides an account identifier, email and display name. GEXfreak stores saved layouts, watchlists, level conditions, support messages and launch-list details you submit. Launch-list records can include bounded source, medium, campaign, content and landing-path labels from the link you used; the full query string is not stored. Chart-view counts use a distinct account/symbol/day record. If you turn on phone alerts, GEXfreak stores that device’s browser push subscription (a push service address and its encryption keys) until you remove the device, sign out everywhere, reset or change your password, or delete your account. If you turn on email alerts, GEXfreak stores the confirmed address (your account email), whether you have confirmed it, and which instruments and messages (daily plan, setup alerts, recap) you want. It also stores a copy of each queued or sent plan, alert and recap message with its delivery status. If you unsubscribe, GEXfreak keeps a one-way hashed key of the address, not the address itself, so it is not emailed again. Infrastructure providers also process connection information needed to operate and protect the service.
Purpose
Account data enables access and saves your preferences. Launch-list email is used for the requested launch invitation and related launch information. If you opt in, your account email receives the daily plan, setup alerts and recap you chose, each with an unsubscribe link. Support messages are used to resolve your request. Aggregated activity produces popularity rankings. Product analytics show which features traders use and how often they return on trading days. Rate-limit records help prevent abuse.
Service providers
The preview uses Render or Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and the configured identity provider for sign-in. Stripe will process payments when enabled; GEXfreak does not store card numbers. PostHog processes the product analytics described below when they are enabled. Phone alerts travel through your browser’s push service (Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft, depending on the device), which receives the device’s push address and an encrypted notification. Resend delivers alert email when email alerts are enabled; it receives your address and the message content. Provider credentials and broker account details are not collected from customers.
Storage and sharing
Individual watchlists and support requests are private to your account and the product operator. Popularity rankings display aggregated counts. GEXfreak does not sell the personal information described here or use third-party advertising trackers in the current preview. Essential sign-in cookies support authentication.
Product analytics
When product analytics are enabled, GEXfreak records a fixed list of product events for signed-in accounts: account created, instrument selected, daily plan viewed, alert channel turned on, alert opened from a notification or email, setup opened, ledger viewed, checkout started, subscription started or canceled, and active on a trading day. Each event holds only its name and time, a few fixed details (the ticker, alert channel, setup identifier, trading date or time since sign-up), your plan type, and a pseudonymous identifier derived one-way from your internal account identifier with a key kept on our server. Your email, name, IP address, location, page addresses and query strings are not sent. Our server forwards these events to PostHog, our analytics processor. Your browser loads no analytics script and no analytics cookie is set. Deleting your account on the Account page does not itself erase these pseudonymous analytics records; they are deleted with your account on request through Support, or by the operator after a self-serve deletion.
Retention and requests
Account settings are retained while the account is maintained. View records are removed in bounded batches after eight days. Queued and sent alert message records are deleted 30 days after their last delivery attempt. The hashed key of an unsubscribed address is kept while the account exists so that the unsubscribe is honored. The account download includes your alert choices, email status, unsubscribe records and your recent alert message records, and deleting your account removes all of them. If you used a free-trial code, a one-way key of that address is kept after deletion so one address cannot start a second trial; Support removes it on request. Support and launch-list records remain until resolved or removed by the operator. You can download a copy of your account data or permanently delete your account on the Account page; self-serve deletion removes your account records but not pseudonymous product analytics, which Support deletes on request. Request a copy, correction, launch-list removal or deletion through Support. Legal or financial recordkeeping requirements may affect deletion.
Optional chart community
When enabled, we store your chosen alias, comments with source price and time, paper idea declarations and scores, leaderboard choice, and comment reports. Comments and your alias are visible to eligible members; leaderboard summaries appear only while you opt in. Your sign-in email is not used as your public alias. Muted-author preferences are stored in your browser. Account export and deletion include your community records. Opting out hides your ranking but does not delete prior comments or paper ideas.
